Acceptance of Terms. By using https://cleaningbydusty.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Service Description. This Site describes Carpet Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Window Cleaning provided by Cleaning by Dusty. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://cleaningbydusty.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cleaning by Dusty or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Warranty Disclaimer. Cleaning by Dusty makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleaning by Dusty's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Cleaning by Dusty in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Cleaning by Dusty from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under KS law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in KS for any related dispute.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
